Danfoss is seeking a Sales Administrative Assistant to join our Customer Service team.
Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
Supporting customers using CRM (Salesforce) and New Voice Media. Receiving and routing general emails to the appropriate personnel. Creating customers in SAP, along with verifying necessary documentation according to internal standards. Issuing warranty, repair, and return authorizations. Collaborating with other sales, transportation, service, and logistics teams to ensure customer expectations are met. Supporting Customer Service team colleagues as needed to ensure the team achieves annual goals. Adhering to internal policies and procedures. The ideal candidate possesses these skills:
Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field. CRM knowledge and intermediate English are a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
