Job Responsibilities:

Main tasks:

Communication with the customer Contact with Sales department for respective customer or customer groupPreparation and creation of offers and sales-side support of change management Product support (series development, series launch, series production, series phase-out, spare parts) in cooperation with LCM Specialists/Engineering/Technical Dpt. Processing of customer orders, payment plan tracking, order billing Implementation of customer contract changes Coordination of warranty processing

Requirements:
