Our Opening and Your ResponsibilitiesThe Sales Administration Specialist will be responsible of find the appropriate solution to the customer queries. You will be responsible to reply to different request from the customer, create / correct invoices. If needed create return for our product, create quality notification to our logistic if our product was damage. In this position you will work on CRM / ERP
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:Solve customer queries as fast as possible,Correct Invoices / create CMR/DMR,Monitoring the resolution status,Create quality notification to our logistic,Ensuring database integrity by validating and correcting data stored into SAP,Sorting out order related queries and obstacles internally and externally.What You Need to Succeedat least 1 year of professional experience,good knowledge of Spanish and English (written and spoken, min.
