Previous administrative experience, preferably within a hotel or hospitality setting, is highly desirable\. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem\-solving skills are essential for success\. **What will I be doing?**
**Responsibilities:**
+ Provide administrative support to the Sales team, including scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and managing internal and external communication\.
+ Maintain and update customer and sales databases, sales reports, and other critical documents\.
+ Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, presentations, and other sales materials\.
+ Coordinate and schedule client meetings, events, and appointments, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly\.
+ Assist in organizing and preparing for sales events, trade shows, and other promotional activities\.
+ Handle office supplies and equipment, ensuring that the Sales team has the resources they need\.
+ Support the Sales team in tracking and reporting on sales performance and goals\.
+ Assist with general office tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management\.
**Qualifications:**
+ Previous experience in an administrative support role \(hospitality or sales experience is a plus\)\.
+ Strong organizational and time\-management skills\.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills\.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite \(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook\)\.
+ Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast\-paced environment\.
+ Detail\-oriented with excellent problem\-solving skills\.
+ High school diploma or equivalent \(associate or bachelor’s degree preferred\)\.
+ Knowledge of hotel sales and event coordination is a plus\.
+ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team\.
