Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this role will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. Previous administrative experience, preferably within a hotel or hospitality setting, is highly desirable. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential for success. This role requires a proactive individual who can efficiently support the Sales team while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

What will I be doing? 

\n

Responsibilities:

\n\nProvide administrative support to the Sales team, including scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and managing internal and external communication.\nMaintain and update customer and sales databases, sales reports, and other critical documents.\nAssist in preparing proposals, contracts, presentations, and other sales materials.\nCoordinate and schedule client meetings, events, and appointments, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.\nAssist in organizing and preparing for sales events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.\nHandle office supplies and equipment, ensuring that the Sales team has the resources they need.\nSupport the Sales team in tracking and reporting on sales performance and goals.\nAssist with general office tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.\n\n

Qualifications:

\n\nPrevious experience in an administrative support role (hospitality or sales experience is a plus).\nStrong organizational and time-management skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).\nAbility to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.\nDetail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.\nHigh school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred).\nKnowledge of hotel sales and event coordination is a plus.\nAbility to work both independently and as part of a team.\n
