Group/Division

The Semiconductor Process Control (Semi PC) business unit designs, builds, sells and supports a comprehensive product portfolio that ensures high-quality production of the chips that power the technologies of today and the future, including AI, data centers, automotive and electronic devices. Semi PC’s differentiated inspection, metrology and data analytic systems discover, characterize and monitor the defects and variations that can affect manufacturing processes across the semiconductor ecosystem, including high-performance logic chips, advanced memory chips, specialty semiconductors, wafers, reticles, advanced packaging, process equipment and materials. Semi PC solves our customers’ most critical challenges through a combination of innovative technologies, close collaborations, and a dynamic, global team. Semi PC is looking for talent in research, engineering, sales, marketing, and applications to ensure continued production of leading-edge process control solutions that drive our customers’ success.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

The Sales Administrator provides administrative support to relieve department account managers with an emphasis on compliance/inter-company rules. Preparing documents which related tool sales processes such as quotation, invoice, delivery slip, receipt etc. Monitoring delivery and billing and creating necessary communication with customers and related department in inter company. His or her essential work is as below.

The person who can actively involve of the various assignment/issue in the group.

* Create quotation by using SAP

* Create Invoice/Delivery slip/receipt/Field acceptance form

* Verifying order supporting document and post in IDeal,  

* Monitoring delivery process and creating necessary documents.

* Maintain database (Customer information etc)
* Communicate with related party both internal/external in order to proper tool order.

Minimum Qualifications

Sales administration work experience more than 2 years

Available verbal and E-mail English communication.

SAP experience is a strong command.

Middle level MS office skill.

Ability of processing document work with keen attention.
