Sales Administrator
Job Description

We are looking for a new teammate, to help us with order processing and administrative duties in our office in Isarel.

Main responsibilities:

Reactive and proactive order processing of customer ordersAdministration of returns and customer complaintsLiaison with customers, sales management, internal departmentsProficient use of: Priority, Sage Line 1000; CRM; Relevant review applicationsProcess order documentationBe aware of and adhere to relevant company proceduresMaintain rapport with suppliers, credit control, stores/dispatch, customersProactive teamwork; proficient knowledge of job & productsWork with sales management to ensure customer & company satisfactionReception, phone calls attention, supportive administrative tasks for the department.

Requirements:

Proven experience in similar positionExperienced with Microsoft/Sage and/or other CRMs.Service, diligence, and punctuality.Excellent interpersonal skills.Used to manage different duties/tasks simultaneously.Strong teamwork skillsGood level of English (verbal and written)

The successful candidate will have a keen teamwork mind; results-oriented, be driven, self-motivated and well organised. Adaptable, flexible and open-minded. Willingness to learn and to provide results.

Communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential to this role.
