The Sales Administrator will be the backbone of the sales team, ensuring that the Customer Relationship Management (“CRM”) system is up to date and the entire sales process from lead generation to order fulfillment runs smoothly and efficiently. Job duties include:
CRM Management:Maintain and optimize the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure accurate customer data entry, prospect tracking, and pipeline management.Ensure the sales team consistently uses the CRM for opportunity tracking and generate reports for performance reviews.Sales Process Support:Monitor and enhance sales workflows to improve efficiency.Ensure the sales team adheres to best practices in lead qualification, opportunity management, and closing processes.Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and suggest improvements.Sales Data Analysis:Analyze CRM data to provide insights on customer behavior, sales trends, and team performance.Create dashboards and reports to help the sales team prioritize high value prospects and opportunities.Lead and Opportunity Management:Manage the assignment and distribution of prospects within the CRM system.Track and monitor opportunities to ensure no lead falls through the cracks and follow up with the sales team on outstanding tasks.Sales Documentation & Contracts:Create, manage, and organize all sales-related documents, including contracts, agreements, and proposals.Ensure these documents are easily accessible through the CRM and other systems.Sales Pipeline Management:Track the sales pipeline stages in the CRM, ensuring that opportunities are appropriately categorized (e.g., cold, warm, hot) and that sales reps are following up accordingly.Collaboration Across Departments:Work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure alignment on CRM strategies, sales initiatives, and customer experience improvements.Other duties as assigned.YOUR MUST HAVES:
Must be 18 years of age or older.2 or more years of experience in sales administration, sales operations, or a related role, with a strong focus on CRM management and sales processes.Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and experience with sales management tools and reporting functions. Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights from CRM reports. Comfortable working with sales metrics and pipeline analysis to guide team performance.Strong understanding of sales processes and best practices, with the ability to implement improvements and ensure adherence to procedures.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external clients.Strong multitasking and organizational abilities, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate data entry.WHAT WE PREFER YOU HAVE:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.CRM Certification: Salesforce Administrator, HubSpot, or equivalent certification.Previous experience optimizing sales processes within a CRM environment.Experience in sales-driven, B2B environments.OUR ENVIRONMENT:
This is a hybrid role, partially based at the Corporate Headquarters, combining time in a traditional office setting with remote work from your professional home office. You will be expected to work on-site at minimum three days a week. The position requires sitting for extended periods of time while working on a computer.
