Daily interaction with buyersDaily paperwork, phone calls, computer work involved in assisting sales associatesDaily interaction with main office personnel and construction to assist in sale and escrowMaintain pricing budgetsInput and maintain Sales Report and sales information in softwareMaintain lot filesLog in house/garage keysMail out paperwork to homeownersCancel utilities and water in Company's name

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
