What you will be doing:
Accurate data entry for new home options and contracts Track and monitor the progress of a sale through the new construction pipeline Review and maintain customer files for accuracy and compliance Builder representative to appraisers for issuance of plans, specifications and comp sales to ensure timely completion of new construction appraisal for Settlement. Support the administrative needs for the construction side of our business
Qualified applicants have:
· 2+ years of office and/or administrative experience
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
· Detail-oriented with effective verbal and written communication skills
· Experience learning new IT systems and applications
· Ability to work both independently and with an administrative team
· Sales, settlement, loan or appraisal processing experience in Real Estate or Homebuilding, preferred
