Pay Rate: of £24,000 - £26,000 depending on experience.
Shift: Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5pm and Friday - 8.30 am - 4.30pm
Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Our client is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their dedicated team in Wrexham. This role offers variety and growth opportunities, as you'll assist a small and successful admin team in their daily tasks. Comprehensive training will be provided, with a focus on internal promotion as the department expands.

The RoleDealing with customers over the phone, by email and face to face.Processing customer purchase orders including contract review and account reviewProvide customer service with order progress, handling complaints and dealing with account issues.Providing customers with product and delivery quotations.Experience of shipping goods abroad would be beneficialUnderstanding Bills of material is essential for this roleHelping to keep the company CRM up to date.Processing returns from customers.Processing purchase orders to suppliersAssisting with the despatch of orders to the public and large companies.Planning the despatch of goods so warehouse and stock experience would be helpfulAssisting with stock control and replenishmentGeneral answering of the telephoneGeneral administration duties including looking after the postUpdating the websiteAssisting the marketing department when requiredWhat you have to offerExperience with Sage or similar stock control packageExcellent Customer service skillsGood organisational skillsThe ability to work in a small team and show initiativeGood IT skillsPlease send your updated cv to northwestjobs@pertemps.co.uk
