What you would do as our Sales Administrator

We are looking for a Sales Administrator to support the Sales Office Team and be the point of contact for customers at PC Henderson Ireland. You will work closely with the Sales Office Manager to help fulfil the requirements of the role and provide the best service to our customers.

 

You would also:

Provide complete ‘order management’ from initial order processing through to delivery. Address all customers enquires to a highly satisfactory conclusion including pricing and promotional queries. Resolve queries relating to price, order process stock availability, customer concerns and credit non-returns. Liaise with warehouse and manufacturing to obtain delivery information. Support the external sales teams with product, operational information and customer support.

 
The skills and experience you need

We are looking for someone who:

Has good communication skills  and eager to learn more about the technical aspects of our products! Is an enthusiastic team player, highly organised, adaptive and flexible.  Has a good understanding of internal sales and customer service. Has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
