Pay: $24/hr + monthly bonuses based on volume and efficiency
Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday
Lexus of Sacramento is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our dynamic Used Vehicle Department as a Used Vehicle Inventory Coordinator/ Sales Admin. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the efficient flow of our used vehicle inventory through the reconditioning process.
Responsibilities:
Manage the movement of used vehicles through the reconditioning process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all necessary tasks.Coordinate with automotive technicians, outside vendors (e.g., detailers, mechanics), and sales personnel to ensure smooth workflow and timely vehicle turnarounds.Utilize computer systems to track inventory, monitor progress, and generate reports.Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles, both physically and through vehicle history reports.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inventory movements and reconditioning activities.Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the reconditioning process.Assist in the preparation of vehicles for sale, including ensuring proper documentation and pricing.Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
