My client based in CV3 is looking for a sales administrator.
-temp 3 months potential to extend
-£11.83/ph
-09:00-17:00
-Monday to Friday (overtime available)
Main duties:
-Entering sales information into our system with great accuracy.
-Liaising with suppliers on expediting orders and requests for quotation.
-Any other administrative duties required within the department
- Responding to any quires via phone and email
What we're looking for:
-Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Will be required to liaise with suppliers and customers via email and over the telephone.
-Must be familiar with Microsoft Office, to include Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
-Must be accurate in their work and pay great attention to detail. Accuracy is paramount.
-Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Must have previous administrative experience
