Job Summary:
Beacon Hill's client is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their team, providing high-level administrative, financial, marketing, and operational support to commercial real estate brokers. This role offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment with exposure to all aspects of the business, including broker support, research, marketing, finance, and office operations.
This is an exciting contract opportunity that is full time, on-site in Downtown Minneapolis.
Key Responsibilities:Business Operations:Gather market research data to create client deliverables, including market surveys, tour books, and competitive sets.Prepare deal documents such as Request for Proposals (RFPs), Letters of Intent, renewal letters, and leasing status reports.Maintain and update the CRM database to track prospects, clients, and deal activity.Marketing:Manage and update property listings on CoStar, LoopNet, View the Space, and Hightower.Develop and distribute marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and email campaigns.Assist in creating presentations, pitches, and client deliverables for meetings.Support planning and coordination of industry events and client open houses.Finance:Process deal file paperwork and generate invoices using the JLL accounting platform.Track and manage broker expense reports in accordance with company policies.Administrative Support:Schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and support office operations.Assist with conference room setup, IT support, and front desk coverage.Provide general administrative assistance, including printing, binding, and office maintenance.Qualifications:Required:1+ years of experience in an administrative, sales, or support role within commercial real estate or a professional services environment.Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with the ability to learn new platforms.Experience with Adobe InDesign.Preferred:Strong project management skills, including multitasking, prioritization, and deadline management.Detail-oriented, resourceful, and proactive with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.Strong proofreading and editing skills.This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-performing team and gain broad exposure to commercial real estate operations.
