We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our growing team in the software integrity space with a specialized focus on mechanical integrity.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the cleanup of the existing backlog of proposals and ensure they are accurate, up-to-date, and complete.
• Draft, revise, and finalize proposals in accordance with client needs, internal standards, and business requirements.
• Ensure all proposals meet deadlines and are aligned with the company’s goals and mechanical integrity solutions.
• Sales Administration Support:
• Organize and maintain accurate records of all proposals and communications in CRM or relevant tracking systems.
• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and ensuring the timely follow-up with leads and clients.
• Communicate regularly with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and accurate tracking of sales progress.
• Client Communication and Coordination:
• Respond to client inquiries, providing information and guidance on our software integrity and mechanical integrity offerings.
• Ensure all client documents, including proposals and contracts, are well-documented and managed through the sales process.
• Collaboration and Reporting:
• Work closely with the sales team, technical team, and leadership to ensure seamless proposal generation and client satisfaction.
• Provide insights and feedback on proposal trends, client preferences
Requirements
• Administrative or customer service experience (1-3 years) in any industry
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software (experience with any CRM)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to support internal teams and customer interactions
• Attention to detail and ability to accurately process data, contracts, or reports
• Basic understanding of sales processes or willingness to learn quickly
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support sales team needs proactively

• Knowledge of the mechanical integrity space is a plus, including industry standards, software solutions, and regulatory requirements, is a plus.

Career development Path
The role is designed to provide you with the foundational experience and skills to eventually transition into a Business Development Manager role.
As you gain experience, you will take on more responsibility in prospecting new clients, managing sales pipelines, negotiating contracts, and closing high-value deals, particularly in the mechanical integrity and software space.
Engage in training and mentoring opportunities to develop your skills in sales, client relationship management, and business development strategies.
