Sales Administrator - Surrey

Position: Vehicle Sales Administrator
Location: Leatherhead, Surrey
Salary: Up to £30,000 (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

* Contact customers to confirm orders
* Communicate with leasing company partners (via phone, email, and online platforms)
* Process new car orders (from quote to delivery)
* Order vehicles using the manufacturer's system
* Manage internal dealer management systems for vehicle stocking, orders, and invoicing
* Book vehicles for pre-delivery inspection
* Handle vehicle registration, invoicing, and handover paperwork
* Complete weekly status reports
* Maintain high service levels in line with company guidelines
* Ensure timely invoice pay-outs by processing delivery paperwork

Skills & Experience:

* Experience in the car dealership/motor trade is essential
* Strong organizational skills
* Attention to detail is critical
* Excellent communication skills
* Team player with the ability to work independently
* Flexibility to work overtime during busy periods
* Self-driven and capable of minimal supervision
