Key Responsibilities:

Build and cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring a personalized shopping experience. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and offering expert advice. Collaborate effectively with the sales team to achieve collective goals. Stay informed about industry trends and eyewear styles to assist clients in making informed decisions. Assist customers in selecting frames with proper fit and styling. Perform necessary repairs or adjustments to glasses with precision and care.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales, with a preference for candidates familiar with the eyewear industry. Fluent in English (both written and verbal). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Work Schedule:

Full-time position with an expected 40 hours per week. Flexibility to work weekends as needed.
