Job Description

As a Tech Payment Services Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and ensuring client satisfaction. We are seeking a dynamic individual with a minimum of 2 years of experience in tech-related sales, particularly within the Fintech, Banking, or Payment Gateway domains. Your primary responsibility will be to leverage your expertise in these areas to promote and sell our Tech Payment Services.

Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities:

Provide prompt and accurate Fintech sales support to customers via contact channels.Document and escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and support activities.Proactively identify and address potential customer issues to prevent escalations.Achieve and exceed sales targets within the Fintech, Banking, or Payment Gateway sectors.Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (‘KPIs’)Serve as a resource to other support personnel Participate in ongoing training and development to stay abreast of the latest technology advancements.Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while interacting with customers, even in challenging situations.Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance

 

Candidate Profile:

Minimum 2 years of experience in tech-related sales.Experience in Fintech / Banking / Payment Gateway.Bachelor's degree is a must.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in written and verbal communication.Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations; including maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner.Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.Courteous with a strong customer service orientation.Based on the program, additional experience/skills may be required.
