About The Role
To deliver excellent customer service through: Identifying customer needs, offering advice and demonstrating suitable products; building relationships with key customers and ensuring store standards are maintained in order to achieve sales targets and cultivate customer loyalty
What You’ll Be Doing
Functional Roles and Responsibilities
• Welcome customers into the store/brand; identify their needs through asking questions; recommend and demonstrate appropriate products; recommend link products; close the sale; provide professional till point service; follow up with regular customers; maintain personal grooming standards; deal professionally with customer complaints. Advise customers about promotions in store
• Deliver high brand knowledge at all times. Demonstrating knowledge from trainings given
• As per the standards set out in the brand guideline, ensure product / hygiene guidelines and all brand values are lived
• Rotate stocks to ensure that existing stock is displayed in front of new items on the shelves. Maintain the Minimum Display Quantities level and all aspects of brand VM guidelines
• Maintain housekeeping standards, including window displays, testers, and glorifiers
• Check stock levels daily and (ensure replenishment needs or customer demands are effectively communicated to Line Manager in order to replenish and maintain optimum stock levels)
• Ensure all store and office administration, as per manager’s request, is completed accurately and on time, including customer database cards, ( Personal sales summary sheets, promotional activity feedbacks, action plans and other as per business requirements)
• Comply with all company policies and procedures
About You
Education/Certification and Continued Education
• Training in basic Fragrance skills
Years of Experience
• 1 to 2 years retail sales or customer service experience
