Du stehst unseren Kunden in der Sales-Abteilung als kompetente/r Ansprechpartner/in zur Verfügung und sorgst dafür, dass ihre Geräte optimal geschützt sind. Du nutzt Deine exzellenten Verkaufs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um die Geräte unserer Kunden zu registrieren und ihnen unsere Produkte sowie Dienstleistungen anzubieten. Für jeden Kunden findest die passende Lösung und sorgst so für ein sicheres Gefühl und Zufriedenheit. Du baust langfristige Beziehungen zu den Kunden auf, verstehst ihre individuellen Bedürfnisse und stellst ihre Interessen immer in den Mittelpunkt. Du arbeitest eng mit dem Team zusammen, um gemeinsam Verkaufsziele zu erreichen und die Kundenerfahrung kontinuierlich zu verbessern. Arbeit im Schichtsystem: Mo-Fr 08:00-18:30 UhrProfil:
Berufserfahrung im telefonischen Verkauf oder Kundenservice wünschenswert. Hohe Vertriebsaffinität und Freude am Erreichen und Übertreffen von Verkaufszielen. Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Überzeugungskraft. Schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie eine strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise. Ein echter Teamplayer, der mit Leidenschaft daran arbeitet, ein erstklassiges Kundenerlebnis zu schaffen.
