Sales Analyst

Synopsis of the Role:

This role involves conducting detailed financial reviews and developing sales performance dashboards. Responsibilities include participating in customer Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), performing in-depth analyses of Large Strategic Accounts (LSA) and Designated Strategic Accounts (DSA), and contributing to Request for Proposals (RFPs) by providing content and commentary. You will develop and produce the organization's sales reports, covering pipeline, gains, losses, and reviews. You'll also interpret financial reports and sales pipelines across business lines and maintain strong corporate relations with each Line of Business (LOB), Consulting, and Delivery team. As a subject matter expert, you will support sales managers through all phases of the sales cycle, including sales team dashboard and assessment, pipeline management, proposals, internal customer analysis, segment analysis, presentations, as well as client support and relationship management analysis. Collaboration with the Canadian Leadership Team may also be required.

What You'll do

Analyze Year-to-Date (YTD) billings by customer, sales pipeline values by sales team, client power map plans, wins, and losses.

Generate forecasts and analyze sales trends by team and collaborate with finance and other business units.

Prepare standardized sales reports and recommendations for Sales management.

Develop financial models of "what if" scenarios for future business planning decisions across areas such as Fraud, Consumer, Commercial, and Partnership through business analysis and tracking of key business drivers and initiatives.

Validate and track sales campaign progress, efficiency, and reporting.

Work with Sales Management, Sales Planning, Sales Consulting, Sales Operations, Information Technology (IT), and other business areas to foster sales excellence through metrics management, sales results analysis, customer segmentation, and targeting.

Prepare and analyze sales forecasts, results reports, and presentations, including variance analysis against budget forecasts.

What experience you need

2-3 years Salesforce experience

Ability to create dashboards and reports

Ability to create presentations

Background using Excel

Ability to learn our new billing system

Excellent presentation skills

Strong communication skills

Strong experience with financial systems and forecasting
