Join Our Team as a Sales Analyst!
Are you passionate about sales performance and operational excellence? As a Sales Analyst, you will analyze and report on sales rep performance, execute and refine sales operations processes, use advanced tools for territory alignment and quotas, act as a liaison between the business unit and sales enablement, compensation, and IT teams.
+ Sales Reporting: Analyze and report on sales rep performance.
+ Process Implementation: Execute and refine sales operations processes.
+ Sales Tools Expert: Use advanced tools for territory alignment and quotas.
+ Liaison: Bridge the business unit with sales enablement, compensation, and IT teams.
+ Data Analysis: Support sales strategies with thorough data analysis.
+ Cost Analysis: Assist in creating cost of sales and compensation documents.
+ Process Improvement: Continuously improve processes and metrics.
+ Territory Alignment: Collaborate with the billings team on territory changes.
Qualifications
+ Education: Bachelor’s Degree
+ Experience: 2+ years in a relevant sales analyst/operations role
+ Technical skills: Proficiency in Excel and Access; experience with Cognos, Varicent, JDE, PowerBI is a plus
