What you will be doing as an Sales Analyst

The core purpose of this role is to collecting, analyzing, and interpreting sales data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights and suport in relation also with other departaments in the company. 

 

This will be done through the following actions:

 

Daily reports position crude oil Agri-Food; Daily sales reports of Food, Bulk, Bulgaria, Modern Trade and Traditional Trade Verification of the status of Food supplier documents / invoices; Tracking and uploading in the system / status of documents / invoices of Food suppliers; Communication, Information / reports the sales team; Support given to the other departments with the closings of the month; Distributor communication - issuance and analysis of monthly distributor targets; Monthly reports sales vs target, sales bonuses; Issuing, tracking and reporting monthly distributor targets; Support for internal audit, external audit, various requests; Verification of turnover / customers Monthly and annual volume planning/forecast. Production planning - collection and centralization of Bulgaria, Modern Trade and Traditional Trade volumes, weekly sales update Updating calculation files, loading in SAP,

 

 

What do we expect from our future colleague?

 

Minimum 2 years of sales reporting Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience with sales processes and customer relationship management (CRM) systems SAP knowledge is a plus
