As a Sales Analyst, you will support key account teams in various activities aimed at meeting strategic growth objectives. You will work closely with Account Managers to ensure coordinated sales efforts, manage customer relationships, and drive success through data-driven insights.

How you will contribute

You will:

Assist Account Managers in aligning and executing sales strategies to meet commercial priorities.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and negotiation.Manage trade funds, invoicing, claims, sales promotions, shelf management, and national sales programs.Support the planning and execution of key sales activities to ensure effective customer engagement.

A proactive individual with a passion to drive your career forward and contribute to a high-performing team.Strong experience in delivering results, problem-solving, and planning.Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Experience in sales, customer service, sales operations, sales analysis, SAP, and Power BI is a plus.Fluent in both Croatian and English.

Working Model: On-site
Contract: Fixed-term (12 months, Maternity Cover)
