We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Analyst to join our GBS Opportunity to Cash team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer purchases comply with contract commitments and supporting the sales team with comprehensive sales analysis. This role involves monitoring and analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and preparing performance reports to drive informed business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer purchases meet contract commitments.- Support the sales team with detailed sales analysis and reporting.- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.- Collaborate with other departments to make awareness of non-compliant contracts.- Prepare and present sales performance reports to management and sales team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field.- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Customer service excellence.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Previous experience in sales analysis is preferred but not required.
