Role Description:
DuPont Personal Protection (DPP) Tyvek® Garments is a market segment within the Tyvek® & Typar® business. Tyvek® Garments is the global market share leader in chemical protection clothing. The segment primarily sells finished products through a global distribution network. Our brands include ProShield®, Tyvek®, Tyvek® IsoClean® and Tychem® brands. The business also works directly with end-users to support and work to specify our chemical protective clothing in a variety of Industrial and Life Sciences vertical markets such as Chemical, Oil & Gas, Environmental Services, Utilities, Mining, Transportation Equipment, Pharmaceuticals, and Electronics.
The NA Tyvek® Garments Inside Sales Analyst reports to the NA Channel Sales Manager and will work collaboratively with outside National Account Managers to grow sales and support our channel distribution network. The Sales Analyst will also work independently to represent our offering to an assigned group of distribution accounts. Assignments may vary from time-to-time based on business priority and opportunity assessments. This position is critical to our sales team’s capability to effectively manage and grow our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in National Account planning, business reviews, and trade & channel functions (Distributor end-use or sales personnel meetings/events).Work closely with Tyvek® Garments’ District Managers to enable support for national and regional distributors.Negotiate contracts, price changes, sales deals & other programs consistent with our segment and channel strategy.Assume account lead responsibility to support and grow sales to select regional distribution accounts.Monitor and analyze sales results and POS reports into actionable feedback to support business plans.Create, manage, and negotiate custom sales and marketing programs to intentionally grow share of distributor. This includes the management of co-op advertising fund utilization and ROI. Develop and nurture meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty.Coordinate and leverage multi-functional resources to work with the distributor to accomplish mutual objectives and drive initiatives. Examples include Marketing, MarCom, Technology, Supply Chain, Customer Service, etc.Track sample requests and provide follow-up correspondence as necessaryMaintain key account information in Salesforce (contacts, account plan, opportunity pipeline, call reports).Follow-up on Marketing Qualified Leads to advance the sales process.Support new product launches and other product portfolio changes to ensure the distributors are taking full advantage of the Tyvek® Garments portfolio.Skills Required:
