About This Opportunity The Sales Analyst I will report to the assigned Manager of Sales Analytics and is responsible for providing technical and analytical support for several retailers related to their Gift Card promotional programs. This will involve analyzing sales data to determine the calculated lift derived from these promotional programs, including merchant circulars, coupon programs, online and digital promotions, and lifts from the presence of in-store displays. This position will communicate with multiple departments and levels – including Sales, Marketing, and Product - and will need to be team oriented and able to communicate clearly and respond effectively to all parties. Responsibilities Evaluate large datasets for quality, accuracy, and perform advanced data analysis using applications or querying datasets to assess initial data quality. Perform monthly Promotional Results analyses and present results to Sales, Marketing and Product. Assist with extracting, transforming, and loading data to enable data analyses. Maintaining, updating and building databases, dashboards, and other data visualization tools to ensure accurate and up-to-date data is available to stakeholders. Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance data collection and analysis methods. Provide support forecasting future promotions to support our partner brands understand the expected return on their investment. Work with account teams and make suggestions on promotional events, frequency, and partner card selections. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Finance preferred. 1-3 years experience in the CPG or Financial Services industry preferred, but not required.
