We are seeking talents for our Interlomas´ General Offices for the position of:

Sales Analyst & Reporting - General Offices - Personal Healthcare 

Non Management Position

Start date: as soon as possible.

Location: Estado de Mexico - Interlomas´ General Offices.                      

Work schedule: Flexible working hours.

Profile: Preferentially Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, Actuary degree

Qualifications: If you are a person with good communication and presentation skills, have an analytical profile, are organized, and have Advanced knowledge in Power BI, this role is for you.

As a Sales Analyst you will:

Have a full time position in MS&P (Market Strategy and Planning) Area, developing control and analytical data process management.

Sales SPOC to Supply - follow up of sales orders, supply issues, management of allotments stock-keeping unit - customers and follow up to recovery back-orders (cuts) process.

This position will be involved in a variety of development report: Maintain, refresh and creation new reports' accord to MS&P (Market Strategy and Planning) needs for PHC (Personal Health Care) business.

Radar report maintain follow up and monthly report (ad hoc reports).

Sales monthly report (historical).

Sufficiency consolidation report (Lion).

Understanding and Interpreting various forms of data to present it in a useful format for the commercial data.

Collect, process and develop statistical analysis.

Generate insights for making decisions with high impact on the business

Develop, implement, maintain data tools to identify business opportunities and solutions.

Job Qualifications

Eligible to work in Mexico City.

Advanced Power Bl knowledge (Must).

Able to work under pressure.

Effective time and organization management.

Teamwork/collaboration.

Great ability to increase learning systems/applications as SAP, POWER BI, Access.

Technical skills in KNIME preferable.

Microsoft Excel intermediate or advanced (Is a plus).

English communication
