Sales Analytics Analyst (hybrid)

What You Will Do:
 

As a Sales Analytics Analyst, you will help lead the evolution of the Sales Analytics function to enhance insights into field sales performance, identify key trends, and support strategic decision-making. This role combines technical expertise, business acumen, and cross-functional collaboration to develop and maintain reporting tools, drive process improvements, and deliver executive-level insights.

Translate high-level business needs into functional and technical requirements to build impactful reporting and analytics for Senior Sales Management.Lead the roadmap and development of Power BI dashboards and tools, enabling automated, actionable insights across salesforce, hospital, and surgeon performance.Deliver and maintain executive dashboards for monthly and quarterly leadership reviews, national sales events, and performance recognition.Support key annual initiatives, including the national sales meeting and sales quota setting process, by delivering reporting, analysis, and stakeholder supportServe as the subject matter expert for future-state reporting systems, partnering closely with IT and internal stakeholders.Collaborate across departments (Sales Ops, IT, Compensation, Master Data, etc.) to govern data, validate accuracy, and guide best practices in reporting.Conduct regular audits and gap assessments to enhance reporting accuracy, usability, and efficiency—driving process improvements across systems and toolsSupport field performance tracking and trend analysis, providing recommendations to improve outcomes and spotlight recognition opportunitiesSupport ad hoc requests and ensure timely delivery of performance metrics and sales reports at all levelsMentor analysts and promote self-service reporting through Power BI adoption and standardization

What You Need:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fieldExpertise in Microsoft Power BI, with a strong grasp of data modeling, DAX, and dashboard developmentAbility to write simple to intermediate SQL queries using tools such as SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) and DatabricksProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint for executive-ready reporting

Preferred:

MBA or Master’s degreeStrong communication skills and experience partnering with Senior Leadership to deliver insightsDeep understanding of data visualization and analytics best practices, with the ability to teach others

$58,700 - $106,200 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 10%
