Job OverviewAs an Sales and Alliance - Intern for our procurement software, The Sales and Alliance Intern will support the company’s sales and alliance teams by assisting in market research, relationship building with partners, managing sales pipelines, and assisting with strategic partnership initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in both sales and business development through alliances, providing exposure to the company’s sales process, partnership development, and overall business strategy.Key Responsibilities: The incumbent would work within the Alliances eco-system for all Business territories in US & Non – US He / She would be responsible for basic researching to support partner leads in reach outs and partner ecosystem building He / She should be able to run and operate all documentation for key partners including NDAs. agreement and SOWs with partners He / She will work to coordinate partner enablement programs & trainings to help partners become ready to deal with Zycus' suite independently Run the operational resource trackers, coordinate with internal teams from Delivery, Marketing, customer success and PDT teams Internal coordination and tracking of partner communications, News Letters etc for and support Partner SPOCs and run meeting scrums to assess joint businesses. Handle internal Coordination , Legal agreements with new / existing partners, finance payment advice , status of project milestone, RFX response tracking and planning of data pool. Reporting & Data collection - Creating & managing reports in Salesforce & alliances related data handling. Internal co-ordination for Demo setup & issues at the preliminary level to coordinate with Pilots team.
