Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
Sales Coordination:
Oversee all sales-related tasks, including preparing sales documentation, processing parts requests, and managing restocking orders.Submit invoices promptly and ensure accurate financial reporting.Delegate tasks to internal groups as appropriate to ensure deliverables are metCollaborate with internal teams to streamline sales processes and enhance efficiency.Lead incoming financial payment tracking from customers as due dates approach and past due balancesManage international parts coordination, involving shipments, documentation and sales trackingLogistics Support:
Coordinate and manage the shipping of cars and parts, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.Communicate with logistics providers and customers to address shipping-related inquiries and resolve any issues.Maintain up-to-date records of shipments and inventory.Process Efficiency:
Identify opportunities for improving processes and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.Develop and maintain systems for tracking sales and logistics activities.Financial Accuracy and Reporting:
Ensure all financial documentation is accurate, timely, and aligns with company standards.Monitor and report on key financial metrics related to sales and logistics.Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Proven track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with the motorsports industry and an understanding of its unique demands.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with financial and logistics software is a plus.Self-motivated and proactive, with a focus on accountability and process improvement.Pay Range:
$44,500.00 - $68,300.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
