About the role: Uphold PRS Core Values in all aspects of the role, while managing the CRM database for efficient marketing operations. Assist with sales events, resident move-in/move-out processes, and collaborate with various departments to streamline communication. Develop marketing materials, such as brochures, floor plans, and Move-In Guides, while maintaining accurate sales and marketing inventory. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, produce routine reports, and manage lead follow-up through CRM software. Support the sales process by prequalifying prospects, organizing files, scheduling follow-up communication, and shadowing key roles. About you: Minimum of 1 year's experience in sales or a related field. Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, marketing or related field is preferred. Ability to continuously balance competing priorities while providing exemplary customer service.
