Sales and Marketing Analyst

The Sales and Marketing Analyst provides strategic business analysis services to business partners.  The focus of this position is to work closely with the business units to gain in-depth understanding of business and marketing strategies, customer satisfaction and behavior, industry trends, along with the strategies of our competitors.

Essential Duties:

Real time monitoring of channel performance during promotional periods to identify insights and recommendations for improvement Lead Funnel Analysis: Track and analyze lead generation (through website) and conversion rates through marketing channels, identifying bottlenecks and recommending ways to improve conversion Customer Lifetime Value (CLV): Calculate and analyze CLV and other key metrics for actionable insights on strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction Provide analytical support for digital initiatives, such as e-commerce platforms, marketing automation tools, CRM implementation or other Digital Transformation Projects Buyer Behavior Analysis: Study buyer patterns and decision-making processes to help refine sales, marketing, and pricing strategies Industry Trends: Monitor and analyze industry trends (e.g., emerging foodservice technologies, ingredient shortages, consumer preferences) to inform strategic decisions Competitor Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis of competitors, including pricing strategies, product offerings, marketing campaigns, sales compensation, and market positioning Build and maintain dashboards to monitor real-time Sales and Marketing metrics & KPIs Collaborate with business leaders to establish Sales individuals participation levels for promotions, including the tracking and communication of results Monthly/Quarterly reporting synthesis with internal and external sources to identify marketable segments Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Margin/Pricing teams on product offering and pricing decisions to support business objectives. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree 3-5 years related experience preferred Must be analytical and detail-oriented Must have the ability to self-manage workload and handle multiple tasks and work with employees at all levels of the organization Excellent interpersonal communication skills Technical/Software skills: SQL, Power BI, Azure DataBricks, Google Analytics, LookerStudio, Social Monitoring tools (e.g. sprout), Marketing Cloud
