Manage and optimize the CRM database, ensuring efficient marketing operations by streamlining documentation, forms, and processes while maintaining accurate applicant and depositor files. Assist with sales events, move-in/move-out coordination, and creating marketing materials such as brochures, floor plans, and Move-In Guides, while maintaining inventory of supplies. Engage with prospects by prequalifying leads, scheduling follow-ups, conducting introductory tours, and documenting activities and communications in CRM software. Produce sales reports, conduct quarterly market research, and collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Team to enhance sales strategies and ensure accurate, complete documentation throughout the process. Pay: $24.00 – $29.00 / hr DOE About You: Minimum of 1 years’ experience in sales or a related field. Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, marketing or related field is preferred. Ability to continuously balance competing priorities while providing exemplary customer service. Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, customer relationship management software and social media platforms.
