Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage export activities, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.Prepare and process documentation for export transactions, maintaining accuracy and clarity.Communicate effectively with international clients and stakeholders to provide outstanding customer service.Assist in developing and executing strategies to expand into new markets.Monitor and analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.Ensure adherence to Incoterms in all transactions to protect company interests.Liaise with logistics and shipping providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

Requirements:

Proficient in English; knowledge of Arabic and Russian is considered an advantage.Familiar with export laws and Incoterms regulations.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
