General Purpose:

The Marketing and Communications Intern is responsible for assisting the Troon Sales & Marketing Department with a varied degree of duties and responsibilities. The tasks will involve the assisting with the implementation of Troon Marketing Programs, as well as assisting the Directors of Sales & Marketing with delivering support to Troon’s portfolio of daily fee and resort facilities.                                                       

Essential Duties:

Working with sales and marketing team in an effort to support clubs and partners with various tasks Curating content for Troon’s social channels. Assisting with the implementation and development of Troon Rewards, Troon Card and other Troon programs Updating essential departmental materials Visiting & networking with Arizona properties to learn more about the field positions from Membership Directors, Communication Managers etc.

Education/Experience:     

Enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program

Job Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Preferences: 

Familiarity with social media strategies and platforms Ability to multi-task, take initiative and willingness to learn Experience with content creation
