Sales and Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

Lead, develop, and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives.Oversee the management of CRM systems and utilize sales intelligence to enhance customer relationships.Direct sales operations focusing on B2B and B2C channels to maximize revenue generation.Manage capillary distribution and sales networks to ensure efficient delivery of products to consumers.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer service and satisfaction.Drive content management initiatives to enhance brand visibility and recognition.Monitor market trends and competitors to identify and explore new business opportunities.Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients and partners.Mentor and coach the sales and marketing team to ensure skill development and performance excellence.Prepare and present detailed reports on sales metrics, marketing campaigns, and market feedback.Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a sales and marketing management role within the Consumer Goods or FMCG sector.Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales intelligence applications.Expertise in both direct and indirect sales strategies.Experience with capillary distribution and sales models.Proficient in marketing strategy development and execution.Familiarity with 'Rahkaran System' and content management solutions.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or Management is required.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
