As a System Architect in this team, you will have the opportunity to design, develop, deploy and maintain technology solutions that are used across the company to solve critical business challenges. You'll collaborate closely with business stakeholders, leaders, domain architects, software and data engineers to understand the business outcomes and translate to robust technical solutions. **Role and Responsibilities:** In this role, you will be expected to: + Serve as a technical expert in the digital commerce, sales, marketing and customer service technology domains, identifying and proposing new opportunities and introducing new technology solutions + Lead business and technical discussions, develop architectural vision, requirements, and strategic technology roadmaps in partnership with business and technical leaders + Apply architectural, data, and engineering concepts to design solutions to design and drive execution of solutions that are scalable, secure, and flexible using modern technologies and software engineering principles. + Design and implement appropriate integration to facilitate seamless data flow and interoperability across systems and platforms. **Why TI?** + Engineer your future. If you are interested in this position, please apply to this requisition. **Minimum requirements:** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Management Information Systems or equivalent fields + 10+ years of relevant professional work experience **Preferred Qualifications:** + Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities + Strong understanding of data engineering and software engineering practices + Expertise in sales and marketing platforms and technologies (CDPs, marketing automation, personalization engines, DXPs, etc.) + Expertise in data platforms and technologies, integration platforms and middleware + Proven success driving architecture and solutions in the areas of sales and marketing, digital commerce, pricing, lead management and optimization.
