Job Summary
Coordinating with sales, operations, proposals and supply chain departments, managing inventory levels, and resolving any order-related issues. Hands-on experience with ERP systems like Oracle /SAP systems with knowledge of material master and production planning modules.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Maintains order backlog and forecast data for the cabinets to be built over the financial year Looks at the plant capacity and plan for utilization in sequence with the workload. Understands the concept of backward and forward scheduling. Provides clear directions to the team for the forecast of 3 months for raw material planning and capacity build for in-house production and at suppliers. Provides clear directions to the team for prioritization based on committed shipment plans and material availability dates. Prepare the monthly manufacturing and shipment plan based on the readiness and customer requirements. Prepare a day-wise production plan and track the readiness as committed. Updates and maintains the records in Genesyss based on project schedule for further planning of projects. Accountable for the right transactions in the system and the right cost of inventory Apply statistical tools and other problem-solving methodologies in resolving the problems. Provide reports to management on the performance of production operations. Maintains & update KPI data. Develop new process and optimize the current process to improve productivity and reduce cost Continually review key process indicators for potential improvement. Awareness & adherence to integrated management system, and ISO processes. Track the status of sales against committed POR Dimension & ScopeInternal Customers: all iCenter Nasik employees including EEEC II, all employees in WWSC, PSG
External Customers: PSG MEA / SEA, EPM India (internal customers iCenter Nasik), International end users of PSG products, suppliers.

For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor degree in engineering preferred Minimum of four to five years’ experience in the area of manufacturing and process automation Able to plan and supervise assembly. Strong desire to learn; good communication skills and team player. Fluency in English Ability to coordinate multiple efforts within the company to achieve objectives Strong knowledge of ERP like Oracle, SAP, etc. Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Bachelor degree in engineering preferred.
