As an S&OP Specialist, Europe, you will be responsible for processing data, developing, and strengthening the Emerson FLMC Europe demand & sales plan, and supporting the Sales & Operations process across Europe. You will work closely with the S&OP team Europe, as well as local sales, customer service, purchasing, and planning teams. A key part of your role will be generating reports to analyze the current and past situation across Emerson FLMC operations. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Processing S&OP data from different manufacturing sites across Europe, ensuring accuracy across ERP systems. Maintaining and updating S&OP reports in alignment with Emerson FLMC Europe strategy, demonstrating forecasting methodology. Collaborating with IT teams to enhance existing reporting tools and develop new ones for S&OP processes. Managing KPI reports for the entire S&OP Team across FLMC Europe. Supporting the S&OP process by: Identifying risks and opportunities in demand. Detecting and correcting disconnections between the S&OP process and ERP data. Performing trend analysis to forecast risks and opportunities. Collaborating with the Master Data team to ensure accurate ERP setups. Assisting the S&OP Manager in expanding S&OP methodologies across Europe. Supporting Sales & Operations teams in project management for supply chain optimization. Coordinating with marketing and Sales & Operations teams on phase-in/out and obsolescence processes. Assisting with On-Time Delivery performance improvements for key accounts. Leading data management improvement projects, such as: Implementing and standardizing KPI reports. Updating and creating procedures & standard processes. Developing customized ERP solutions and advising on system optimizations. Ensuring alignment between the S&OP process and data management, following established rules and procedures. Supporting the Sales & Operations Manager in defining strategies and meeting project deadlines. Organizing and leading meetings with S&OP, Planning, and Purchasing teams, ensuring alignment on processes and project updates. Acting as an expert in Supply Chain analytics, bringing to bear analytical tools and ERP functionalities in forecasting, planning, and purchasing.Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Management, Production Management, Engineering, Logistics, or Economics. Proven experience Data Analysis. Expertise in analytical tools and Microsoft Office 365. Strong experience in data management, purchasing, and planning. Ability to lead projects and cross-functional initiatives in a multinational environment. Diligent with a structured approach to processes and procedures. Proficiency in English (oral & written). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Strong analytical skills Experience with ERP systems (SAP or others).Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
