Job Summary: 

The Product Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of product management and business planning, ensuring that product development processes are efficient and effective. This role involves working closely with product managers, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to streamline operations, improve product delivery, and enhance overall product performance. Additionally, the Product Operations Manager will lead business planning activities, including setting objectives, defining key results, and aligning resources to achieve goals.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement operational processes to support product management and development.
Collaborate with product managers to ensure alignment on product goals and priorities.
Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate with engineering and other teams to ensure timely and efficient product delivery.
Manage product documentation, including roadmaps, release notes, and user guides.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between product management and other departments.
Identify and resolve operational issues that may impact product development and delivery.
Support the development and implementation of product strategies and initiatives.
Lead business planning activities, including setting objectives, defining key results, and aligning resources to achieve goals.
Work closely with finance and sales teams to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
Foster a collaborative environment by facilitating regular cross-functional meetings and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders
Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested.  
As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk

Required Qualifications: 

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies

Preferred Qualifications: 

MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
Experience in the technology or financial services industry.
Knowledge of agile and lean methodologies.

Salary:

The annual base salary range for this position is $68,000 to $130,000.
