Position Summary:
Rotex is expanding its presence across Latin America and seeks a Sales Account and Relationship Manager to support this growth. In this role, you will develop sales strategies, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to the region’s success in industrial separation solutions. The person filling this position will support markets across South and Latin America, working closely with clients to deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs and uphold Rotex’s reputation for quality and responsibility.
Work You’ll Do:
Develop and manage sales of Rotex’s products across South and Latin America, aligning efforts with regional and company goals.
Lead and support field representatives to meet sales targets and expand market share.
Implement strategies to strengthen Rotex’s market presence while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and high ethical standards.
Provide technical support to clients, including field support, product training, and resolving application issues.
Collaborate with the After Market and Product Development teams to tailor offerings to market needs and customer applications.
Prepare customer proposals and maintain accurate sales data within the company’s CRM system.
Support marketing initiatives, including promotional materials and trade show participation.
Assist in sourcing suppliers and negotiating cost-effective, quality materials and services.
Manage a regional budget, ensuring expenditures follow approvals and exploring opportunities for efficiency.
Deliver exceptional customer service by providing technical support and fostering long-term relationships.
Perform additional tasks as needed to support the sales team and regional growth objectives.

Proven experience in capital equipment sales, ideally within the industrial processing or bulk material handling sector.
Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English is required.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in selling and maintaining long term strategic relations with complex machinery to industrial clients.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively within Latin America.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office tools.
Technical or industry knowledge related to agricultural, mineral, or chemical processing is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience selling industrial equipment or solutions in Latin America.Knowledge of the industrial separation or manufacturing sector.Demonstrated success in building client relationships and expanding markets.Technical background or experience with process equipment is a plus.#LI-EP2
