Create / validate quotation and invoice to internal and external customers

Support quotation and purchase order process on tools and spare parts sales through SAP/CRMCoordinate sales and service activity in SAP/CRM, maintain and ensure proper entries of sales, service labor and parts transactions. Closely work with sales and service team.Generate data for monthly/weekly report upon requestUsing CRM data for statistical analysis to support business.Provide timely support on related service activities and follow up discussionsAssist goods and sample return, exchange, or cancellation process by working with logisticsMaintain customer, vendor, forwarder profile, service contract, and material master data in SAPCoordinate with logistics and finance team follow-up on customer payment/deliverySupport back office administration work and other ad-hoc supportFacilitate internal and external communication and alignment with sales operation, logistics team, and headquartersFIT 4 SBU coordinator,Participate in FIT 4 project, support with user story prepartion,organize meeting when it is necessary for collecting BU requirements.Support with unit testing, attend SAP trainings for SD, MM module or other related modules.Support training concept and training documents creation within BU.Share project progress within BU and accomplish nesecceary tasks in FIT 4 later phase.

Education / 教育背景

Bachelor degree in business administration, management or relevant field

Experience /经验

2 years or above in sales and/or service administration (e.g. SAP/CRM experience)Experience in cross function collaboration with sales, customer service, logistics, accounting, cross-region peers and HQ administration.

Good English communication and writing capability.Good knowledge on SAP/CRM , Experience in SAP S/4 HANA is a plus;  IT skills: all Office software, especially ExcelKnowledge/skills: Customer Service, Logistics, Data Management & ReportingPersonality: Positive working attitude, passionate, high patience, team spirit, responsible, detail-orientedGood communication skills cross functions and regions, semiconductor experience is a plus
