As Sales and Service Coordinator (m/w/x) you …

Provide daily support to the field sales and service team.Process and manage product and service orders, including order creation, tracking, and delivery coordination.Handle service tickets from opening to closure, ensuring efficient issue resolution.Prepare offers for complete systems, spare parts, and service packages.Coordinate service trainings, installations, business trips, and expense documentation.Manage customer inquiries and schedule site visits.Oversee office supply procurement and purchase coordination.Liaise with accounting for financial documentation and reporting.Monitor and maintain stock and inventory related to sales and service operations.Maintain communication with the regional headquarters in Vienna.Track supplier payments and ensure customer balance follow-ups.Perform general commercial administrative tasks.

A university or college degree (preferred).At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.Fluency in English and Hungarian (both written and spoken).Experience with CRM or ERP systems.The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.A customer-focused mindset with a passion for problem-solving.An organized, open-minded personality with strong multitasking abilities.Proficiency in MS Office applications.A systemic and process-oriented approach.
