Position Description:
The Sales and Service Coordinator is Responsible for building business partnership with Regional Operations Managers and the local customers and administratively assisting Regional Operations Managers with growing those accounts to increase both revenue and profit through addition of new products and services, new locations and wearers, penetration of all of customer’s business lines, and obtaining price increases.
Responsibilities:
Experience in dealing with customers with the ability to effectively relay the customer's needs and concerns to Regional Operations Managers and Market Center Team. Strong written and oral communication skills required as primary role will be interfacing with the customer. Must have strong Excel skills, including creating spreadsheets and formulas. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have strong computer skills, Candidate will also be required to navigate both billing and custom software unique to Aramark/Western First Aid. Perform other duties as required or assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Experience in purchasing required. Experience in analyzing markets and customer needs to develop innovative strategies leading to increased sales. Executive presence – ability to comfortably and professionally meet and communicate with internal and external top management. Problem solver – proven ability to identify and resolve operational issues. Thorough knowledge of company’s entire product line. Thorough understanding of financial information relating to profit & loss, sales and capital expenses and other operating issues. Ability to understand respective customer operations. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong presentation development and delivery skills. Strong proposal writing skills. Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including creating spreadsheets, formulas, and understanding data. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Requirements and Experience:
This position will be working remote, must have a strong internet connection. High School Diploma Two years of customer service experience Strong Microsoft Excel skills. A background check is required for this position
Compensation and Hours:
Based on experience; Full time schedule.
