Identify, develop and improve performance indicators. Perform market intelligence work by bringing useful information to the account manager. Support specific accounts with technical and / or commercial tasks. Conduct sales activities related to new customer projects. Govern and support HUB customers with their projects (such as implementing new products and technologies) as well as implementing their current projects, always focusing on quality, costs, etc. Act as a sales representative for internal projects. Deliver reports regarding field failures to internal partners; gathering material for decisions and reports to customers based on the decisions of the regional sales manager and perform quality control. Support to external vendors. Back up of Customer Service. Obtaining and prior analysis of customer registration documents. Execution of order processing in ERP (Oracle), careful analysis of the order portfolio, realization of the order release for the separation of the Expedition. Telephone service to customers; delivery positioning. Administrative processing of export orders. Request collections together with the carriers of the invoiced orders. Preparation, analysis and response / sending of sales quotation requests. Monthly update of the control of commercial proposals of the product line. Know and follow the company's mission, vision, values, policies and objectives. Taking responsibility and committing to the good work environment and achieving the expected results. Meet the standards, instructions and procedures for management, quality and safety at work. Ensure the maintenance and conservation of the company's assets, under its responsibility. Keep your workplace clean and organized. Perform other activities, at the manager's discretion, related to your area.
Requirement:
Engineering - Studying or Complete.
Knowledge of MS Office.
Basic knowledge in thermodynamics and or heat exchangers equipment.
Knowledge in customer support.
English language advanced level.
