Job Description Summary:The primary purpose of this position is to lead technical discussions, manage new business opportunities and promote Integer products and capabilities to drive revenue and operating profit growth. In alignment with the Global Account strategies, the position will provide technical support at assigned and new customers within a region or product area using available tools such as technical fairs and forums. Working with customers’ R & D, product development, and operations teams, the position works with Integer Global Accounts, Quoting Teams and manufacturing facilities to identify, scope, and sell appropriate supply chain solutions to our customers.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

Triage's incoming RFQ's and determines appropriate ownershipReviews RFQ's and identifies any missing information.  Works through Principal AE to request missing information, clarify quote request, etc.Executes costing using CCP tool.Engages with R&D to develop costs for development programsObtains buy-in from Operations and R&D as needed.Engages with Commercial and Marketing team to develop CPT model.Develops PVT financial model and determines level of approval required.Obtains site approval for quotes.Engages with Commercial Team to develop OPP Opportunity Summary for purposes of obtaining approval on higher level quotes.Prepares and delivers proposals in partnership with Commercial Team.Insures on-time delivery of all quotations.Adheres to Integer’s Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirementsOther duties as assigned

Education & Experience:

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in technical field preferredMinimum Experience:  2-5 years’ experience preferred in a technical environment with minimum 2 years in the medical device industry.

Special Skills:

Ability to manage multiple, significant activities and respond to changing priorities with minimum disruption.Ability to read, understand and interpret technical drawings, models, and schematics and effectively communicate technical material.Proficient computer skills, outlook, excel, project, word, and PowerPoint, CAD and Design programs a plus.Ability to partner with cross functional organizations to successfully drive the business.
