Job Purpose

The Technical Sales Representative will grow the sales in the Catalonia region, promoting the company products and advising Clients with the best company products mix. This will be accomplished with already existing Clients but also with new Clients detected in the target market.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities It deals with the complete sales process, the consulting, promotion and sale of products and services, supporting customers in the pre-sales phase, responding to enquiries and maintaining a relationship of trust in the after-sales phase. He/she focuses on the research and analysis of leads in cooperation with the local Team and on the retention of already acquired customers, bearing in mind the assigned objectives, both individual and corporate. Is able to regularly plan a visit calendar combining company strategies/needs with customer needs. Prepares up-to-date reports with market information, business opportunities and his work history which he shares with the Sales Manager. He manages some end customers and some forklift dealers according to the sales area assigned, reporting directly to his Sales Manager. Follows the customer personally, from the presentation of the product to the identification of the commercial proposal. He promotes continuous product and systems update and training activities. Is informed about the subsequent order flow, production and delivery issues. Interact directly with its Inside Sales by forwarding orders and issuing any technical/commercial instructions, up to the authorization of order placement. He/she communicates to Inside Sales the provisions for making offers to customers, drawing up commercial conditions or constructing dedicated price lists and offers. He applies the company Sales Policies issued by his/her Manager. Collaborates and coordinates with the Service department on the interventions and actions to be taken in resolving the various technical problems that the customer submits to him. As an expert in batteries gives technical advises to Clients. He verifies and solicits the correct solvency of the Customer on the recommendation of the credit office. Competently uses specific sales programs (e.g. Salesforce). Traveling inside the Catalonia region and eventually inside Spain and abroad will be required. And, eventually sleeping nights out of home Qualifications Professional Formation or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably with a specialization in industrial electrical or electronics. Native Spanish and very good level of English. It will be positively valued, Catalan. Level of experience desired more than 5 years dealing with sales of industrial electrical devices, batteries, UPS’s or similar. Knowing the forklift market or the batteries market is a plus. Knowledge of Office 365 and knowledge of Salesforce will be positively valued. Driver's license up to date. Habilidades:
