Innovate to solve the world's most important challengesSales Application Specialist (PPE) We have an opportunity for a Sales Application Specialist (PPE) to join us at Honeywell, where you will drive sales within the product category (Hearing, Eyewear, Respiratory, Head protection) via the sales team, own activities and pipeline ownership. You will build relationships and understand customer requirements to provide appropriate products or solutions, define a sales and growth strategy toward key sub segments while aligning with critical sales business objectives, and be the active cog between Sales and Internal functions such as marketing, Supply Demand Planners & Offering Management. You will identify opportunities and build credibility utilizing your product & market knowledge to deliver the Honeywell value proposition to the customers. This is a remote role with 80% travel within UK, Benelux and Nordics. Honeywell Honeywell Industrial Automation enables our customers to run safer and more efficient operations. (PIP®), a portfolio company of Odyssey Investment Partners. At this time, we anticipate that the deal will close in the first half of 2025, subject to customary closing conditions. The intent of We expect this role, dedicated to the PPE business, will be part of this future transaction when it closes. Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer face to face promotion of Honeywell Product PortfolioAdvise customers of most suitable product needs for their application. Identify opportunities for further sales and service revenues. Provide market intelligence and feedback to Zone Manager on sales progress and on projected revenues.Carry out product demonstrations at customer locations.Integrate with the Northern Area Sales Managers, Distribution Managers & Country Leaders.Key Skills and QualificationsExtensive B2B Sales experience with-in PPE industry experience of technical sales.Previous experience of working with technical safety products.Highly experienced in consultative selling-like methodologies / approaches.Deep understanding of health and safety EN standards and legislation concerning PPE.Experience in planning and managing major accounts.Our OfferA culture that fosters inclusion, diversity, and innovation in an international work environmentMarket specific training and ongoing personal development.Experienced leaders to support your professional developmentWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
